This and Christmas Vacation are classics in my family.   The little kids in the family learn the words to both movies before they can read!

Our house is a "little" over decorated but DH loves Christmas and we have nutty friends that love to add to the madness.

I keep the full size leg lamp in my living room 24/7..  ordered it from A Christmas Story House... One of my favorite movies too... this scene below reminds me of when I was a little girl and you'd ride around with it snowing and see all the pretty lights..  Makes me kinda teary eyed.
