MASSIVE TUNA FATAL RECALL RISK!-COSTCO< WALMART<TRADER JOES

My bil just sent me this!

Fatal poisoning risk due to defect in pop up tuna cans that have fatal risk of botulism which can be fatal.

(paraphrased but search for more details!-massive tuna recall)

Also Genova brand 5 oz-many states, and Genova 7 oz-Fl and GA

and Van Camps brand, and H-E-B brand and Trader Joes.

Wow...what next, when it comes to food?! I hardly can keep up. Thanks for posting @on the bay 

 

In the past three years I've only bought Blue Harbor, wild caught brand, I really like. A little more expensive but worth it to me...the fish is white, clean looking and tasting.

Not saying stuff can't happen with them or their cans, just saying I like the brand.

My brand too!  You can really tell the diference, not only in appearance but, taste!  Once you try it you can't go back!

One of my daughters only buys

wild caught also, I think Wild Planet is the brand. I think those are pop-up cans, but doesn't seem to be on the recall.

@on the bay   Thank you for posting this.  I have some of the Genova 5 oz cans that are on the recall list.  I would not have known about it if you hadn't posted this.
