@Oznell.....thanks.  That happened some time ago, and to this day, it seems like it happened yesterday.  They were such a loving family and wanted nothing but the best for their wife and mother.  Felt so sorry for them.

@Daisy Sunflower, how sensitive and thoughtful of you.  It wasn't necessary for you to delete (we all have those discouraging experiences, no matter how we try to interact with others-- the reality is, some will inevitably be disappointing and negative), but I appreciate it.  You're exemplifying the holiday spirit, pal!
