Soneone said you can spray Lysol Disinfectant on hands and face to protect from the Corona virus.  Does that work?

@EatWell   Who is this "someone" who said that?

You know better than to spray Lysol on your hands and face.

I don't believe for one second that you are serious.

My neighbor.  Said to spray some disinfectant on a pierce of cloth.  Apply and wipe off.

Said she saw Chris Cuomo (CNN) on TV who said his wife takes Clorox bleach baths to prevent catching COVID-19.

Try it and see how your skin reacts, then you'll see that Lysol is not good for your skin.

some have to learn the hard way.

as for bleach baths, that's only adding a FEW DROPS of bleach to a tub full of water, and not soaking in pure bleach!

Please!

If soap and water kills it on our skin, why not mix up soap and water in a spray bottle?

Bleach - I use the Clorox website to find out how to dilute bleach products.

Generally it's 1/3 Bleach : 2/3 Water

I said very early on that the Poison Control Centers were going to be hit hard when people start using toilet cleaner in place of hand sanitizer and other cleaning products because sanitizing products weren't readily available.

In case anyone is not aware, a bleach/water solution is only good for 24 hours.
