As one of the multiple QVC historians on this forum, this is how the lunchtime specials used to be years ago.  A short list of limited quantity items.  The difference compared to now is that the prices are not so special.

@Kathyfobo   I certainly do agree. Unlike the historians here, I  don't believe that the way something was done X years ago  needs to set the standard for today.

The lunchtime specials are IMO mostly lame and the prices are not so special. Whereas up to the "change" I found something there every week or two and quite often an item from my wish list. Those days are over it seems. I am shopping less here with the help of QVC itself.

The majority of my purchases now are Lunchtime Specials and "As Is".

I can't fathom why this change was made; it's certainly going to cut back on my spending.

Maybe phasing them out altogether. Oh well.

Yes, the first thing I usually do each morning is check LTS. At this rate I really don't think it's even worth my time to click the button to get me to lunchtime specials. What a joke!

QVC constantly amazes me with the never ending changes they make. And most of those changes ultimately run off long time customers. As David says, this is extraordinary!

I've noticed that the offerings on the lunchtime specials are very small compared to what they used to be.

I agree! In addition to the meager number of items, the 'special' pricing isn't all that 'special'. I use to do a lot of Lunchtime Special purchases. I have dramatically cut back on my purchases. My husband is happy but I am not!  LOL!
