Last week HSN had a one time only 20% off coupon on a single item purchased on the app.  I got gray Iman Platinum premium jeans for $42, now selling for $68.  Yesterday It here was a "secret sale" for app users.  Items were limited in sizes, scents etc but the prices were give away prices.  I bought a Collen Lopez plaid shirt for $11.  Original price $61.  It was only this morning that I realized the shirt and the jeans coordinate perfectly in color.

I certainly prefer HSN to QVC for many reasons.  The sales/coupons are two of them.

It would be nice if HSN would be generous with their coupons and discounts to more of their customers.

Despite at least three conversations with their CS no one can figure out why I never get anything.

I was looking back through old orders and realize that the last time I got any discount was at least five years ago.  And even then they were few and far between.

One CS rep said that I had "a lot of coupons" that I never used.  I asked how I could use them, if I never knew about them?  No emails and nothing showing up in my account.

(I even tried unsubscribing and signing up again; tried using a different email - still nothing so I figure I'm on a permanent "no coupon" list!)

She didn't have an answer for that, but assured me that I'd be getting them in the future.  Nope!  Not a single one.

Yes! Love all the discounts HSN sends to me. More so than qvc ever did.  20% off, secret sales, money of coupons for next purchase sent with their deliveries.  Just better prices to begin with when compared to the Q. I purchase so much more from HSN.

If you get any coupons, you'll either see them in your Spendable Kash section in your account menu area there, or you might see them at the top of your screen when you sign in there. 

This is just a personal observation of mine, but I noticed that when I would shop a bit more there, I would start to see more coupons afterwards, especially after I would make a purchase. 

Not all coupons would apply, as some would be for items that I wouldn't be particularly shopping for at the time, but it was still nice to receive them.

@Venezia They used to appear in my account at least 2-3 times a year, but the last was before Christmas 2021. I always used them too.

Often the coupons codes are available to see near the top banner on the website. Also the app only discount was mentioned on air. 

I just wished the coupons could be used on clearance items. That's seems what's mostly in my favorites.

You don't see them because the coupons and discounts are in the app.  You sign in and look at your messages.  Click on that little icon at the top that looks like an envelope.   There's the secret sale.  There's also discounts on a lot of Curtis Stone cookware.

@chrystaltree - I don't use the app, but I'm talking about even before the app was "the thing".  And none of the CS reps I talked to could see any problems with my account.

I've just given up.  I used to order from HSN more frequently but, now I mostly avoid it.  There are things I would buy, if I ever got a coupon or discount, but I'm not going to jump through hoops to get one.  They should've been able to figure out why I wasn't getting these.

And I know, from these boards, that I'm not the only one.  Thankfully, there are plenty of other places to buy the things I want.
