I understand if Shawn wants to share all of her sadness on her FB page, but please not while you are selling items on the Q.  It's really depressing.  We all have our own problems.  A mention is fine, but to go on and on and mention it in every other sentence is unnecessary.

I completely agree.  I don't want to hear sad stories while I am shopping.  I wouldn't tolerate it at my local Nordstrom.  Why should I from QVC?  Please QVC!! Do something!

Have to agree with you faeriemoon this is just another put down and digs against Shawn. For one thing Antonella always does a very nice job at presenting jewlery and other products. But she did have some tears coming out of her eyes and she even said about it. So this is just another way to slam Shawn.
