I had a wallet from HSN that seemed to have been lost in transit - was 2 weeks since they mailed it and there was nothing on the tracking for many days when - there it was in the mailbox, out of the blus. I had called them and they had sent out a replacement so I had to return it. 

I had something from QVC that never arrived and they were sold out on it so credited my account. Then just  the mailing label showed up in our mailbox - apparently it had come off the package somewhere along the way. Odd stuff does happen.

Does anyone from QVC read the chats? I have 2 orders lost in space, Corky's Ribs and Germack. Corky's shipped on the 12/8 I should have had on 12/11 germack shipped on 12/10 and should have had it 12/12, Customer service was really no help. I want help Finding were they are? Is the a number I can get to call Corky's shipping or is a military secret. Please help.

@Jake1853 Thank you for posting in our Community forums. I apologize that the shipping/tracking for these 2 orders has caused you concerned. I have researched them and have sent an email to you. Thank you for shopping with QVC.

@Kachina624  If you can imagine, I just got the claim form today and no it does not have to be notarized. Like I said days ago, I did finally receive my package so all this is mute, but I am done with Evine. No customer should have to go through the trouble of filling out forms when the package was tracked by the post office and it says online that the package was not delivered. I think they must think people are in kahoots with their local post office.LOL

@blackhole99  Thanks for reporting back.   Glad to hear they dropped that stupid notary requirement,  but you're right,  you shouldn't need to do paperwork when tracking shows no delivery.
