Lost my music!! Help!

Our internet has been acting up lately - it goes down for no reason. I tried to download the latest version of iTunes and it messed up and didn't completely load but it worked long enough to delete the version I already had. So now I can't access anything. If I manage to get the new one to download will I be able to just log in and access all the music I have purchased???
