Lost Dog-Eastern NC

I have never posted here but read often as I am an animal lover and have a need for assistnce in finding a lost dog. He is an adult Walker Hound deer hunting dog, white with brown spots. His name is "Diamond" and he was was given to a new family but he broke free and ran away. He was last seen Easter Sunday and originally lived near the intersection of I-95 and US Hwy 64 in eastern NC. He may be trying to get back there so if anyone is traveling I-95 in NC or US 64 East-West near I-95 and sees him, pls let me know. He is very shy and strangers may not be able to get close to him. Think he was abused as a puppy, thus he is afraid. Please look for him if you are traveling I-95 or US 64 and thank you for your prayers for Diamond!
