I don't know Lori Loughlin or her husband personally but I wouldn't wish anything bad on them.  They paid for what they did and hopefully they learned from it.  I just couldn't believe they didn't just admit what they did in the beginning, instead of fighting it.  As my mother said to me once "if you get caught with your hand in the cookie jar, don't say it's not there"!

Defendants who don’t have funds for legal counsel are able to get representation.  They may not be able to choose the attorney, but they do have access to legal counsel.  Just wanted to clear up any misunderstanding.
