Saw on the news that Lori's attorney has 'discovered' new emails that back up Lori and hubby's defense. Still...how can they say they didn't know about the fraud when those pictures show their daughters' fake rowing team experience. I really hope they don't get away with their deed!!!

They both belong behind bars!! They knew exactly what they were doing and didn't care. I would believe that she thought her celebrity entitled her to do whatever. And, of course, they have plenty of money.

The justice system needs to uphold the law.

This isn't like a murder or theft crime where there can be evidence that proves a person is innocent. She's going to trial so all this fake bravado is playing to potential jurors. They want to sow the seeds of doubt and maybe get a hung jury. Common sense would tell anyone that you don't make a donation to any college by going through a third party and faking and faking an application to that college for your kid....LOL

I think out of all the parents involved, they are the worst. They seem so "entitled", like they didn't do anyting wrong and they know darn well they did. I hope they both get the maximum sentence. Originally they were supposed to go to trial in January of this year (that's what it said last year) but now their trial date is October 5. Well, they now have 8 months to sweat and worry what will happen.
