Looking for advice about the philadelphia area!

Hello You smart People- I am looking to relocate and possibly come to PA- I am a young single women, and have only visited there for vacation ( i really like it) Anyone who is familiar with the area(cost of living, job market, housing prices) any advice would be appreciated! thanks a lot... bye bye!!!!!!!
