I have been shopping Kohl's website for years and never a problem. This sounds like a scam. Best to contact by phone and speak directly.

I don't have a Kohls account but their website is one of the worst to use...have never been able to actually complete a purchase there due to errors or the sore freezing up and not putting accurate info into my cart. They are off my list now. Too many other places I can shop.
