I've got a couple of lock and locks that have cracked so I've been holding on to them ( after I found out my dh threw a couple out!) and was going to mail them back for a replacement. So I called QVC for their number- ( since most were bought for me by my now-passed Mom) and I called it and the first CS (man)I spoke to said I have to call back ( ??)-- so I called back and got a woman this time and told her I needed replacements and she said I needed receipts- which of course I don't have --My Mom's been gone over 3 years and I also bought some in our Wegmans- but who keeps grocery receipts for years?---ANYHOW I told the woman that and she was curt and said I have to have the receipts and it says so right on the little tag. Well- I actually found a little tag in the bottom of a kitchen drawer and it doesn't say that at all. THAT said---- she refused to talk to me any further so I called back the Q-- I had closed my Mom's account but they said I have to write Corporate for proof. I could have sworn a lot of posters said "no problems- just call!"---WELL I DID- and what a pain! I was all ready to even pack them up and send back - but nooooo they want receipts!!!

AND JUST SO YOU KNOW- LOCK AND LOCK LADY IF YOU READ THIS---I'M NOT HAPPY!
