Local QVC/NBC Philadelphia show with Albany

We in the Philly area were treated to a one-hour local NBC show about Philadelphia . . . what to see, where to go, the arts, best restaurants, etc. It was presented by QVC and hosted by Albany on our local NBC station. No QVC products were sold, it was strictly for entertainment and community information about Philadelphia. It was interesting and I have to say Albany did a very nice job.

Has anyone experienced this type of show in their area? It's possible it was just Philly because of its close proximity to QVC's location in West Chester, PA.
