Hmmmm .... metal, water, electrical lines and no boat.  Yep, still need to worry.  Wooden ladder preferred.

Ha!  Good one.  BTW, sorry somebody killed your other thread.  I thought it was hilarious and, for the most part, the thread was fun.  Smiley Happy

I would worry more about the electricity sitting outside.  You could also use some groundcover for curb appeal.    ted

Me, too! I thought it was - wait for it - "hilarious."

I wasn't trying to upset anyone, I just thought it was funny!

'Hilarious' indeed!  Smiley Wink   I didn't feel like I was baited and I'm probably one of the biggest freaks (although I usually keep my trap shut) about such things.

It's good to smile once in a while - or even more.  Smiley Happy  I wish I had copied it before it went away.  Smiley Sad  Maybe I can find it somewhere.

I thought it was fun.  Maybe I should not have "corrected" someone.  Sorry.

Re: Living in a flood zone without flood insurance

To be honest, I'm not worried as much about floods as I am high winds!

On the other hand, making lemonade out of lemons, I could attach a couple of horizontal doors on each side and hopefully become airborne, travelling great distances with no TSA, no check-in, and other pesky matters.
