Live Stream Pop Up

Does anyone know if you can turn off the QVC Live Stream pop up permanently? It seems to slow down my entire computer when they are streaming and I go to the QVC site. Plus, I find it a tad annoying, particularly when I going from page to page and it keeps popping up.

If only there was!  I have a pop-up blocker and it is helpless against these.  They are like video roaches!
