Is anyone else tired of the endless plugs Lisa makes during other vendors' airtime?? Today Honora had a One Time Only earring being presented and there goes Lisa with a full plug for "her" Roma ll bag. Ralph was just standing there. He had limited air time presenting the earrings and she goes off. This is done continually by her. I think it should stop. Classless, and narcissistic. I do realize that she is very beautiful and an important commodity to QVC, but I can't stand it anymore. Ralph deserves a medal.

The vendors do not pay to appear on QVC. They appear at QVC's pleasure, and they are only on air so long as QVC desires. Vendors come to the channel, knowing that it is a shopping channel which sells multiple items, and frequently promotions for upcoming products are mentioned.
I honestly do not think the vendors mind that much. If they did, they would stop appearing on QVC. Quite frankly, how QVC decides to run its business is QVC's business; just as vendors can choose to appear, viewers can choose to change the channel.

If you'd been watching earlier you would have seen Lisa promote the Honora tsv earrings while showing another item. Added to that is the producer telling her to promote this or that. If you don't like Lisa you have company in that; there are hosts I dislike and when they come on I change the channel. However, more like her than don't and vendors want to be on with her because if Lisa likes something, the something sells.
I'm not a Lisa fan but I have no problem with her. I don't feel compelled to change the channel when she's on.

Lisa is a QVC employee and it's a marketing device to add some name recognition to basically a house brand. I'm sure Lisa has some input into the designs, but GILI is in effect no different than Denim & Co and some of the other house brands.
I think you're taking this stuff waaay too seriously.
