This is soo uncanny, & I'm so profoundly sad & grief filled.

I didnt watch the Golden Globes last night. Didnt even know that Lisa Marie & Priscilla were going to be on.

But having said that

I'd been trying to see the "Elvis" movie for some time now, & by sheer accident, it happened to be on late last night. So I saw it, finally.

This movie so profoundly impacted me, & sent me back down "memory lane," that Last Night, I just *had* to start a new thread in "Community Chat" titled:

"Dates" U Remember (When, Where were u?)

At the top of my new thread there, I listed abt Elvis' death, (having just happened to have just seen his newest "homage" movie).

I feel like a beloved people-preferred, "Dynasty" is now, no longer.

I feel soo darn lucky to have lived during this time, of their lives, that I, LIVE, REAL LIFE, enjoyed their music, movies, life events, & presence

Yet, I'm also sad, that "live," "Real Life" will be no longer.

REST IN PEACE!! as you are soon to be reunited with all those you love, & at a minimum, the beloved "multi-generational" "Elvis" family members, and beloved fans!

Thank you for all the wonderful, loving, lovely memories you all have afforded us! May God bless you all!

Lisa Marie is survived by three daughters. I am sure Priscilla feels grateful to have them close to her during this time.The cause of death currently is listed as cardiac arrest, but that sounds like a general term until they determine more specific details.

Such a sad picture. I rarely see any photos of her smiling; almost always a solemn or sad expression.

Lisa Marie's father and paternal grandmother both passed away from heart attacks at ages 42 and 46. I don't know what is worse, suddenly losing a non-elderly parent or an adult child. Both must be heartbreaking.

People dying unexpectantly from cardiac events is not new.

Two examples: 1) John Ritter in 2003. He was 54 and 2) Hank Gathers, the Loyola basketball player in 1990. He was 23.

But, this thread is about Lisa Marie. May she rest in peace.

A child is the hardest loss, i know.

When you lose some one you L~O~V~E, that Memory of them, becomes a TREASURE.
