I'd forgotten all about her, but knew she was connected somehow to the BC scandal. I'd have guessed she was one of his lady friends.

Linda worked with Monica at the Pentagon. Monica started telling her about her relationship with slimy Bill Clinton. Linda collected the evidence - including Monica's stained blue dress" - and the rest is history. Linda wasn't looking for fame --- she did the right thing.

@kivah Linda Tripp had two motives none of which were courageous.The first was political. The second was that she wanted her 15 minutes of fame.In the end it came back to bite her.She was no hero!!!

I would say Linda Tripp threw Monica under the bus.
