I got to see her in the 70's at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles.  She was amazing!

Linda Ronstadt, a favorite of mine, has Parkinson's Disease.

Oh how funny to see this topic pop up. Had my headphones on while working out this morning. Adele came on and thought of how I wish I could sing then thought about Linda Ronstadt and how I always loved hearing her belt out those notes. Beautiful voice. Blue Bayou  especially since she really hits those high notes. I wanted so much to be able to sing like her. However, not being able to even carry a tune, there was no way. Yeah, that was my only drawback...sure.

She was diagnosed with Parkinson's a few years back. So sad.

@LTT1, yes I did, it was good and I didn't even know she was known to them.

A lesser known song of hers that I just love is "Someone to Lay Down Beside Me".

It's also a Karla Bonoff song, but I like Linda's version better.
