I bought this from QVC - it had free shipping and the cost was similar to Lowes.

I was able to get my pre-lit tree Re-lit! It works great and now my tree is fully lit top to bottom.

This will npt work on newer LED lights but if you have older light sets and want to get another season or two out of them for about $20, this thing actually works.

(and the batteries were included)
