Interesting!

My take is the exact opposite. I think they have new marketing people that haven't got a clue.

The Q used to be much more customer oriented. Now they don't give a hoot.

They have competition and those of us who have been loyal since CVN are seeing some very unfortunate changes.

I learned years ago that unless I order something intended for a gift here at the Q, at least a month before Christmas, the chances are pretty high it won’t arrive in time or, will be cancelled! altogether!

@Kachina624  I think it depends on the style.   The first (and was going to be the last) pair I ordered were huge and sooo  flimsy.  They looked like they would break any second.  I returned them.   Then I saw a pair they were featuring and loved the size, style and color.  I thought, one more try.  LOVE THEM.  Not heavy or flimsy at all.  They seem to be made well.  I guess time will tell.  I hate heavy glasses too.

So you order an item and think you'll be receiving it but then weeks later you get a "letter" saying you won't????  No wonder I rarely order from the Q anymore and never around the holidays.  At the very least, as an apology give some sort of credit, $10 minimum, or some other compensation.  Who's in charge of this place anyway???  Poor, poor management.

I'm thinking if she ordered them then that means she wanted them. I have the Madeline Prive Reveau sunglasses and I love them. They are not heavy at all.

First, I agree the Q needs to get it together. But, be glad you even got an email. I had something on waitlist, never notified. It ended up shipping, and it was the wrong item. No reorder, and no emails. There are no excuses for a company worth billions.

Thanks, but I haven’t been even the least bit tempted to order anything. I don’t ever consider buying gifts from Q unless the recipient has specifically chosen it, due to the very short return period.
