Some of you are familiar with the story of the little Golden Eagle Eaglet, Phoenix, who survived the recent Utah wildfire. He suffered 2nd and 3rd degree burns and is going through so much physicall and emonitional pain. Thankfully, the phisical pain seems to be diminishing day by day.
He was too small and could not fly when the fired engulfed his nest and him. He had to jump about 25 ft to a relative safety. He spent twelve days waiting for the federal government to give permission to give him much needed aid, specially medical. Right now he is living at the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center of Northern Utah in Ogden Utah. I've been following his progress and know that these people are there to help these beautiful creatures.
Chase Bank has this program called "Chase Community Giving". This year, facebook users get two votes and a third if the person sends out a provided link to a second person and this person votes. The first two votes can be used in two different charities. Please, vote for Wildlife Rehabilitation Center of Northern Utah. Help them take care of Phoenix.
start instructions:
Chase Giving Voting for WRCNU--in the Facebook "search box" at the top of page, type in "Chase Community Giving" and click on "Chase Community Giving App". Should be self-explanatory from there.
