Let me tell you about my experience with Amazon

I ordered something from them for my husbands birthday and then my sister had sent him the same thing. I tried to send it back by getting an online shipping label online but was told that the product could not be returned. I checked the product and nothing in the description indicated that it could not be returned and I did not buy it from any other seller other than Amazon. I tried to find their customer service number on their website but could not locate it.

I fumed about it for a few minutes then I just searched for it and found it and was connected to a very nice woman. I gave her my information and explained to her why I was returning it, what the item was, and that the description did not indicate that it was nonreturnable. She asked me if it was defective. I said I don't know. I hadn't used. That it was a duplicate. She again asked me if it was defective. I said I don't know. And she repeated okay, so the product is defective so I am going to print out a return label and an invoice for the reason for the return and you can put it in the box and return it to us and you will get an immediate return.

That is when the light bulb when off in my head. That was the only way I was going to get my refund. And this kind customer service person was determined to get that refund for me even if I was too slow in the head to understand what she was saying.
