I found an article in Forbes that said she stepped down as CEO when the company was bought my Susheido. Now she works in product development: (quote from Forbes)

After 24-years of running the company, Leslie now is back to branding and product development, “ like I was doing 20 years ago. What I like is that I finally have the time to spend more time with customers and employees. Now that I’m back where I started, I realize I’ve been missing some of the fun.”
