That's not being completely unbiased then.  I've thought too that she is harder on Derek and it's because  she's trying too hard not to be biased.  So she's biased.  It's a definitely conflict of interest to judge her brother.

Good point, but I think most knew what I meant.  There was no favored bias towards him is what I should have stated.
