Learned something new today regarding returns....

I had purchased a Dennis Basso top and the price was "a blowout price". I just thought it was low inventory and they were sellling the rest of the inventory.  I already owned this top in blue and loved it so I ordered the coral but it didn't go with what I had purchased it for.  I was geting ready to send it back when I saw on the return label that said "QVC'S RETURN POLICY DOES  NOT APPLY TO THIS ITEM... ONLY IF THERE IS A DEFECT OR ERROR WILL THEY DO A RETURN...  So just wanted to share that if you see "A BLOWOUT PRICE"  It is a final sale...  Lesson learned today.....

Re: Learned something new today regarding returns....

It should have said that on the order before you submitted, so you would have known before you ordered.

It usually says it under the title of the item.

If it didn't, you should question the policy.

I ordered something that was on Blowout.  I thought it odd that it did NOT say no returns since that is the case w/ blowout items.

I took a screen shot cuz I thought it odd.

I noticed about 2 days later, NOW it said no returns.  When my receipt came...it was marked no returns.

It was a def keeper anyways...but now I take screen shots if NO returns isn't listed.

I think I saw a Blowout that didn't have "no return final sale" mention on the item's page. But it was at the top of the checkout page.

You would think they would have a prompt pop up like they do for acknowledging "as is" items or Auto Delivery.

The hosts are good about announcing that during a blow out sale on TV.

But if you didnt see the show its easily missed when ordering online.  Especially if you are already familiar with item.
