Re: Learn from Mistakes of Others

I went through my stuffed closet , pulling out no less than 6 outfits and finally deemed one appropriate and attractive enough to wear. What a chore to go out to s dinner- don’t do very often.

@Jasmine19 @Why don’t you just wear those beautiful logo pieces around the house and enjoy them.My friend years ago told me she had stopped saving all of her good things for special occasions and just enjoyed them for her own sake. She said she loves eating daily meals on her good dishes and wearing her cashmere sweaters to relax or go grocery shopping.

I totally agree with this!  My mother is 94 and in assited living.  I told her to stop saving her "good stuff"!  I Facetime with her regularly, and now she is always in a nice top and her favorite jewelry.

All those pretty things that you love look much better ON you than in the closet.  Enjoy what you have!!
