When I was in the Air Force (back when the earth was still cooling), we frequently used the saying: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".

That being said, w/this last revision: (1) I can no longer "pinch out" to expand the page; (2) I no longer get the  "heart" by any item, which allows me to add an item to "My Collections".

Is anyone else with an iPad having these issues? Is it happening with any other tablets? Laptops/desktops? Is it just my iPad? Or has QVC removed these conveniences altogether? (It kinda' stinks).

I have an iPad, the latest release will install tonight when I am sleeping. I looked at a Bob Mackie top, and the heart option was in the upper right corner of the item. However, several months ago Q went to the "enlarge the item by putting your finger on it" mode, which I don't like, because you can't capture a picture or enlarge it by pinching out. You can pinch out the forum posts, thankfully.

none of this is happening on my laptop, which is how i usually access the boards and the shopping area.

I did get the latest updates for the ipad yesterday.  There is something different about the enlargement option now....I just tested it.  A rectangular box appears on the right side of the screen. It isn't helpful, at all.

I updated my iPad but I haven't noticed any differences with the QVC website.

I can "pinch" in and out no problem. I have the latest update on my iPad

I can pinch in and out with the posts here in the forum, but it doesn't work with the products.

They seem to be constantly tinkering, and very often when they do, I lose various functionalities on my iPad for a while until they stop tinkering. But I typically use Chrome for a browser. When I use Safari, it usually functions normally. And yes, I do lose the ability to "heart" in Chrome, and last time lost my Rich Text posting capability too - but only in Chrome.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulty with our website.  I double checked and we have not removed either of these features from our website.  I do know that Apple is looking into reports that some users have experienced issues with their iPads when updating certain versions of the iOS 9.3 software.

I haven't tried the site on my iPad yet.  On my iMac desktop, everything seems fine.  On my Windows laptop, it's kind of screwy.  When you roll over the picture to get an enlarged view, you get a square made up of orange diagonal lines.....but no enlarged view.
