Lume ads are basically like Poo Pourri ads. There's nothing pleasant about stink, but they present it in a humorous, creative way that gets the point across. Lume is the BEST body deodorant on the market today. Been using it for 2 years. Have influenced others to try it and have been thanked!

A person posted about commercials getting you to talk about the product. Talk is cheap, getting the consumer to purchase the product is key. This consumer will never buy it.
You're wrong about that. They wouldn't be running many commercials if it wasn't selling well. Tv commercials cost a fortune. I think it's the type of product that millions will buy but they won't go around telling people.
Not wrong in the least @chrystaltree . There are so many products that were a flash in the pan and gone and forgotten due to bad marketing. Just check google and you will see. Some products I have never heard of. Lume is no different imo. Disgusting and as I stated, this consumer will never purchase it.

I recently purchased it, too. The ads made me aware of it.

I've seen these commercials and just wrinkle up my nose. I don't care for them but I certainly don't get enraged with disgust. I just think that with the way the world is anymore pretty much anything goes. I can't imagine what they'll be advertising 10 yrs. from now. To think there was a time when feminine/ED products were taboo.

You are right about that Chrystaltree. If I had a problem with odor I would not be telling everyone and then buying a product and telling everyone it works on my smells. Unless someone told me they had a problem and asked my advise, it would not be a problem I would discuss with my neighbors, friends, family....

Everyone has odor. It's why we wash and use deodorant. Unless you have no sweat glands or you're 8 years old you do too. It's not a problem, it is a fact of life. When you find an excellent product, which Lume is, you recommend it to your friends.

Good suggestion @Kachina624 . Giving an opinion right to the top is where it will do the most good.

@Rockycoast Please, you and anyone else who finds these commercials objectionable, join me in protesting to the company.

I suspect that the posters promoting it, the ones with under a hundred posts, are being rewarded financially.

I understand what your saying....and with all the other stuff people have complained about, protested, and gotten their way (whether its doing away with certain cartoons, sports teams names, or opinions on social media) so if I find something that OFFENDS ME, I feel I have the right to make my opinion known too....!!!
WHAT OH WHAT IS ALL THIS FASCINATION ALL OF A SUDDEN WITH INTIMATE BODY PARTS AND BATHROOM HUMOR!!!! Its ridiculous, whether its a sophomoric movie, or one of the current UNFUNNY sitcoms, or a SNL skit----It consists of HYGIENE/BATHROOM HUMOR, or LEWD, CRUDE, AND RUDE STUFF-----And now the bathroom/bodily function fixation is taking over COMMERCIALS!!!
To me its TMI and just juvenile like something 12 yr olds would giggle about maybe it says something about society today and what we find creative and funny!! -Its like a main topic of conversation in today's world....POOP, and INTIMATE ODOR, or male dysfunction issues---SMH!!!! Yes, its normal body functions, but not everything and every intimate detail of out body needs to be talked about or shown in a general public setting-----What's next---we watch a real episode of diarrhea or vomiting ---why hint around about these body functions ---lets include them!!!!
People need to talk about these issues with a Health Professional and keep them OFF TV and/or entertainment platforms! I dont want to see sniffing butts or talk about women's smelly intimate parts while I'm trying to enjoy eating my popcorn or other snack while watching a movie!
