Late mail delivery

When do you usually get your mail delivery? For us, it's anytime from 4 PM till after we go to bed. We live in a busy area, but our delivery is horrible. I'm still waiting for LAST week's People magazine. I don't like leaving it in the box overnight because I'm afraid someone will steal it. We end up checking for it about 3-4 times a day. It's 6:20 now and it's not here yet.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?
