he has a very tough job ahead of him....he isn,t really replacing jay Leno because no one could but he deserves a chance to settle in and make the show his own....I hope he is successful and I hope the network gives him what he needs to make it work.

I imagine Fallon will get a fair shot at the show, unlike O'Brien. I hope Fallon does well, too.
