I think it means one last chance for the Q to get a shipping fee out of you for a years old item they stumbled across growing mold on the back shelf of their warehouse.

Many Last Clicks items have at one time been Lunchtime Specials at even a better price than the Last Clicks price.  Not saying all have been, but many have.
