@bargainsgirl Their shipping is so fast! About 2 weeks ago I ordered a quarter-zip cozy pullover top (not a sweater) and it was 20% off and free shipping. The whole thing came to $23.10 and was here less than 1 week later!

I found my last return process to be deliberately cumbersome.

Yes, they're using a third party now for returns.  Lands End isn't doing too well financially either so I suppose that's a cost cutting measure.

It seems like many companies don't want to deal with their own return process anymore.

Lands end is sold in Kohl's but I don't think that is very successful as their prices are a lot higher than what you can get with a coupon on their own website. They don't accept coupons on Lands End items at Kohl's either.  I have no incentive to buy at Kohl's when I can get the same item way cheaper on their own website.

I love Lands end, but I've not had fast shipping.  My order was placed 9/27 and still processing.  I'm not in a hurry for it, but a week in processing, like some Q items that many complain about.    My expected ETA is 10/10.  Last order was 11 days, prior order to that was 13.  It's ok, worth the coupon and lower prices.  AND their quality is still very good.  So it's all good for me.
