@SydneyH He probably overdosed on his pill of choice but.............how embarassing. He's not so old he would need to use such 'assistance'. Something wrong with the manhood??
It isn't always about age- drugs, depression and other emotional and mental issues can all affect that.

I dont know much about him but just read a story. He has had a lot of death in his life. I am not excusing anything but that would take a toll on anyone.
Hopefully, he comes through it and cleans up his life. He is so young.

The brothel aspect is just a minor thing. Sex there, sex at home, hotel, wherever is not something so scandalous. The saddest part is that he struggled with addiction, his career, and his marriage and so far had not found a way to overcome. He appeared to love Khloe. She seemed to love him too. A personal experience with my best friend makes me know the drugs take over everything and unfortunately,he did not survive. Rich,poor,famous,average...drugs do not discriminate. I pray for Lamar.

I feel like Khloe would have been there for him, had he taken that support and not taken the wrong roads. It seemed like she tried for the longest time and, finally, had to give up.
Maybe this will be his 'bottoming out' - or maybe it will be his last chance gone. I hope he will be ok.
Lamar was a basketball (not football) player- his drug problems existed way before he was released. His addiction was probably a deciding factor, too much of a risk for the NBA. Everyone has their bottom before they decide to get help, you'd think losing your career would it for a professional basketball player! Very sad.

The 'other' drugs that he's been on, and/or alcohol, could be very elemental in him having problems in that area.
We don't have any way of knowing, of course, but there are probably a whole lot of factors involved.

I remember Dennis Rodham had drug issues but ignored those that wanted to help him. He's reportedly bankrupt (yet again) and practically living on the streets.

Thanks for correcting me.
I don't know why NFL was stuck in my head. I have a feeling that the stuff he was getting into was probably what took down his career and it just kept on going downhill.
It's always a shame, but it's on another level when somebody throws away their gifts and so many things life has brought them. I know it's not that simple, of course, but it's still a huge shame.

I agree and why would an athlete need viagra unless it was to offset drug use.
eta: next month he'll only be 36 years old!

I agree, it isnt always about age. Plus, if you are holed up for days in a brothel, I would think anyone would need a little bit of help, especially if you are drinking and doing other substances.

there are men that take viagra not because they necessarily need it for "normal" interactions, but because it can prolong the act significantly AND make it possible to have numerous "connections" in a short period of time. it doesnt always need to be used just because there is a problem.
