I think it depends on what region of the country you're in. I have a beach "cottage" but I think people in other parts of the country call them cabins. 

Both are small and fun!

I think having the forum mods create topic are best.  Why?  Because one person will create a topic and all of their buds come running to talk.  Some posters say they feel left out at times because of this issue.  

So....I think..... it is a good thing.  

Plus we might be better topics.

You mean there are cliques here?  I don't know.  I don't post here much.  You make an excellent point though.  I think the moderators should start every topic and we should all just respond.  This way....we can be sure that the topics are "allowable".  :-)

You don't post much here?....well might as well post more.  Can be fun and it can be darn hard at times.  (smile)   

I think we might be in the beginning of some changes in the forum.   I do like the mods starting topics.  I am never sure if a topic is allowed...so I mainly don't start a topic.
