Anyone besides me astounded at some of the things Lisa was feeding her tribe during last night's chat? Apparently she has received several complaints of her jewelry tarnishing in no time at all and some of her pieces scratch very easily. Well in the chat she tries to justify these issues by saying she thinks jewelry looks better scratched and dented. And every piece of jewelry everyone owns will eventually tarnish to some degree. WHAT?? I sat there and listened with my jaw dropped. So now all her tribe feels okay about their LR jewelry issues because Lisa said it was "okay" for these things to happen.
Then there were other issues with this bar bracelet that she sold. Two different batches were made and most were having problems with the second order. They were complaining the end caps were falling off and the bar was not threading in properly. Lisa addressed that in her chat last night explaining it was more than likely user error with how you're putting it on. SAY WHAT??
Also read where someone asked if she can have a spot on her web page for reviews. Lisa immediately answered back saying she cannot do that because she cannot trust people that may not have had a "true negative" opinion of her product versus them just having a bad day and saying something negative. She said it's too much work to keep up with. W O W is all I will say on that!!
Lisa dances around every problem with her business. She does not want to hear anything negative which is going to hurt her in the long run.

Well I've had my laugh for the day! So funny - Although I don't belong to facebook or wherever she sells her stuff - I can just see/hear her giving excuses. Thanks for posting - loved it.

@iTalia Thanks for sharing. Lisa seems like she is not good at receiving criticism. She needs to learn that when a customer gives you a negative critique it is a gift. It means they care enough to tell you what they think as far as improving your product. Pleasing the customer is how you make it in the business world. You can not sell a product that is not holding up.
