LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DISGRACEFUL!!

I am soooooooooo very upset with the lack of customer service that I was afforded by QVC today. I placed an order over 3 weeks ago, which is lost in transit, I was trying to have a replacement ordered expedited to me, but was unsuccessful...I requested to speak to a supervisor 3 times, the 4th time I was told that the supervisor would not speak to me. I am disgusted with the service and lack of common decency.
