While she was hiding from the public for 9 months, seems like Kylie Jenner had more than her pregnancy on her mind....it's obvious she had a nose job.

And no, there's nothing wrong with it if she wants one.

Considering one is 14 yrs old on the left...

I know I looked a lot different from 14 to 19.

It's really kind of sad that she decided she no longer wants to look like herself, but would rather look like her sister.

Thats a shame-I like her as she was-a very pretty natural herself looking beautiful girl.

I have no clue as to why she wanted to look like Kim!! I think Kylie looked better before. I don’t understand the plastic surgery obsession.

I’m not against a little n**p & tuck or a nose job .But to reconstruct a beautiful face just because you can IMO is just plain ridiculous!!

In their search for perfection the Kardashians/ Jenners are becoming caricatures of themselves!!

Would a doctor really do all those procedures when she's pregnant? I can't imagine it woul be safe to be put under to have a nose job or to get other procedures done while pregnant.

I'm not sure what she had done if anything. First of all, there is a lot of photoshopping and altering that goes on with the photos this family and all celebs put out there. Heck, anyone in general that is posting photos can alter them. Second of all, a lot can be done with make-up as far as contouring, highlighting, etc.
