I don't know what actually happened. But it doesn't sound wildly out of character for Kris Jenner. She has that working against her.

 

I know that if the genders were reversed, I would try to give the victim the benefit of the doubt. So it's only fair if I give this man that benefit of the doubt as well.

I don't know how you could possibly prove something like this is true. He said/she said. But if he really did report this to his HR dept then they should have record of it. That would probably be his only leg to stand on.
