Just watched a segment on CNN with a woman and her husband from Stuart, Florida who were talking about the algea outbreak on the water there.
The woman obviously wanted to look like Kim K. She had huge plumped up lips and the dark long hair. It was hard to look at her because she looked so fakey and surgically made up.
She must have seen herself on the TV because she kept hiding her lips at one point. It would be very sad if someone had so much surgery to look like someone else who had so much surgery.
There is no video of it yet because it was just on, but if I find a copy, I'll attach.
I wonder if her husband wanted her to look like that?

Florida declared a State of Emergency, Improper water practices, Wildlife is dying, People with breathing problems are at risk,
but...
the only thing we gleaned from the CNN video report was someone looking like a celebrity?
THAT would be the "sad" part??!!
SMH.

OK - here goes! It's possible. I know it happens. When I was younger and we lived in another state, I had a neighborhood "group." We had a lot of fun together - all ages and all backgrounds. So much fun - so many good times. They helped me through a lot of life's ups and downs! A young girl (late 20's) moved in and came our group (which BTW was open to anyone in the area). She was (is) so sweet! At the time, her son was 5. She was also gorgeous, with long curly blonde hair.
She was married to a lawyer - a little older, a little heavier. He was also nice. After a while we noticed she was "chestier." When we asked her, she said he wanted her to do that. Then she had the lip implants. She started wearing heavier makeup. She dressed fashionably, instead of the T-shrt look most of us sported! And, although I didn't think she needed to lose weight at all, she started turning down desserts all of the time. One summer morning when we were sitting around and she had gone to the bathroom, another friend blurted out, "OMG he's trying to turn her into Barbie!" She was very open about her "work" and she was aware she was doing it for him. I'm all for makeup, as most of you know , but her "look" was covering up her natural beauty.
They seemed to have a happy marriage, and when we got together with our husbands for parties or special occasions he was just one of the guys. (We had our nights out where we would go out to eat; the husbands had their "nights" out where they would go to someone's home on Sunday afternoons to watch football or something.) She was never "overly friendly" to anyone's husband!
Anyway, I always liked her. DH did too. She's not one of my closest friends there I keep in touch with, but as far as I know, they're still together and happy!

It's a dangerous toxic situation and the governor declared a state of emergency.
☹️ Very bad situation.

No.... I'm well aware of the situation.
I worked in Florida one summer at a seabird sanctuary in Sarasota. So don't tell me I don't care!!!!!!!
Maybe the lousy politicians in Florida would actually do something to help with environmental issues!!!!!!!

I'm still trying to figure out when having a HUGE behind became a good thing???
Not just Kim, but all of the others included; Blac Chyna, Amber Rose, etc., etc.
And I'm sick of seeing every single pore (and everything else Kim has) in her 'sausage casing' kind of dressing.
Grosses me out.
Who knew......all from a disgusting porn film....SMH.

'Well' aware of the situation & a personal attachment to the area,
but again...
celebrity look-alike is the 'front of mind'.
Qualifying the association just digs that hole of 'don't care' a little deeper.
