I had the weirdest thought that he had gastric bypass. Or blot clot/ aneurism I don't why but it was the first thingI thought of when I heard this news today and, something went wrong

He's supposedly had heart surgery and now has complications.

He is obese, drinks way too much (imports a million dollars worth of booze and thousands on cheese each year) and smokes like a chimney. He is just about 300lb, 5'9" and is only 36 years old.

He eats and drinks to excess while most of his country is starving and to add insult to injury, he gets upset that the Chinese people call him Kim Fatty Fatty.

His gluttony has caught up to him.
