Andy Cohen just announed on Jimmy Fallon that Kim Fields will be joining the Housewives of Atlanta. Any thoughts?

Wendy Williams mentioned this on her show. She felt that Kim Fields was "slumming" to go on the show. Not sure why. I don't have any thoughts about it other than I hope she's a nice addition to the show.

I've always loved Kim Fields and am excited about RHOA this season. No more NAYNAY (yay!!) and Sheree is back as a FOH (BOO!!)

She must need the money.... she sure has not been acting at all lately and has pretty much fell off the map as far as her past acting popularity.... I know nothing about what she has been up to the past 20 some years... perhaps just family and living a more normal life..... I always thought she was a cutie as Tooti on the show Facts Of Life. .

I am one of those people who see very little value in much of this 'reality' type television. And the Housewife franchise is just garbage TV in my opinion. I think she must be desperate to get her name/face out there to be doing this.

She has worked on and off over the years, but I did see an interview with her some years back, and she was truly in tears about not being able to get as much work or the quality of it that she wanted through the years.

Sorry she has had to stoop to this, and hope she doens't regret it someday.

i am upset that they brought back porsha as a full time housewife and got rid of claudia.

One of my (minor) annoyances is that many of the women on these shows are not 'real housewives" at all. This just bugs me.

Kandee is very svelte and is that Phaedra next to Kim? It barely looks like her. LOL

Isn't Kandee pregnant IRL? I read that Claudia was at the cast party. I'm not liking the return of Porsha either but I didn't like Claudia.

Yeah, they did some major air brushing with this photo. Who is that sitting on the couch (next to Kandi) in the lavender dress?
