Kids On Leashes

I was at the mall today and saw a girl about 5-6 yrs old. Her mom (I'm assuming) was holding her on one of those kid leashes. As they were walking past me I heard her tell the little girl about the dangers of strangers.

I don't know about anyone else, but I despise these leashes for children. Leashes for dogs, yes. Leashes for children, NO. IMO

What are your opinions???
