Keurig reservoir light

Just got the Keurig TSV and love it so far but I wish they hadn't put a backlight in the reservoir. To me it's just one more thing that can go wrong. I mean what happens when that light burns out? I can't imagine it can be replaced. And really, I don't see a need to light the water anyhow. Certainly not for the entire time the machine is on. That seems to be purely a "wow" feature that I could've done without.
