I just recently got a Keurig Vue. We have the Platinum at work. I found that it did not make as strong as I prefer, but I did really like the concept. I came upon the VUE which has the option to make it as strong as you like. That in itself is good enough for me, as I wont drink what I consider weak coffee. So, now anyone can come over and have coffee as weak or strong as they like. Then I discovered even more great stuff. I love that I can select the water temperature. One family member always puts his coffee in the microwave because it is not hot enough for him. Many temperature options on the VUE, so he does not have to do that anymore. I love iced coffee, the vue does that too. Iced tea, cappucino, chai tea and more. More cup size options. It is new on the market yes. The vue cups are more expensive yes. There is no MY VUE cup yes.... and YET. But, as with anything else, it will come down in price, there will be a MY VUE cup and the VUE cups will be more readily available although, I find them easily. I think is it cool cool cool and well worth the money. I enjoy it every day along with it's many options that are idiot proof to use (necessary for me ) ) Also it is partially recyclable. The coffee peels out, you can recycle the plastic and even use it to do a cleansing brew before doing so. The coffee is contained in the filter but you can actually break it open and put it to compost. Love it love it love it. If you think the k cup version is unbeatable.......... well, I guess I have an AWSOME secret!!!
