I brought the Vue in Oct. sent in the rebate form 10/30/12. Was OK got e mail on line and told I would get rebate 12/11/12. Said that date. On the 13th called and told not until 1/22/13. I now feel I am getting the run around. QVC corporate when e mailed sent back a message they Keurig are backed up with rebates. Fine, they should have been prepared when they offered all those rebates. Now what? I would not have brought this from the Q if they didn't offer the rebates. The Q stands behind nothing and is not at all helpful like Amazon.com. From experience, I should have brought there, they would have issued a refund right on the spot. They have done a refund on Vue cups when they didn't arrive on time from the seller. Amazon bends over backwards to please their customers.
No more from the Q next year. This year finishes my buying from them.
