I just printed out the return postage tag for the one I bought my brother in law and QVC will conveniently deduct $10.95 for shipping from my refund so I don't have to worry about paying for it at the post office. I see why my wife loves QVC so much.
For a recall, Q should waive the return shipping fee. Call cs - speak to a supervisor if necessary!

A line of Keurig coffee brewers that can overheat and spray hot water are among this week's recalled consumer products....
Here's a more detailed look:
KEURIG BREWING SYSTEMS
DETAILS: Keurig MINI Plus Brewing System with model number K10 (previously identified as model number B31). Recalled brewers have an identification number starting with "31" followed by a range of numbers printed on a white sticker on the bottom of the brewer. They are single-serve, hot beverage brewers and were sold in 13 different colors with silver trim. Recalled units were produced between December 2009 and July 2014 and were sold between December 2009 and December 2014. They can be identified by the serial number printed on a white sticker on the bottom of the brewer. Serial numbers involved in the recall can be found at http://www.cpsc.gov/en/Recalls/2015/Keurig-Recalls-MINI-Plus-Brewing-Systems/
WHY: Water can overheat during brewing, spray out and burn consumers.
INCIDENTS: Keurig has received about 200 reports of hot liquid escaping from the brewer, including 90 reports of burn-related injuries.
HOW MANY: About 6.6 million in the U.S. and 564,000 in Canada.
FOR MORE: Call Keurig Green Mountain at 844-255-7886 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET, and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET on Saturday or Sunday or visit www.keurig.com and click on "Recall Info."

The recent tsv wasn't part of the recall- keurig.com has listed the serial numbers affected.

I think QVC owes it to the shopper to POST A WARNING on the ITEM PAGE - I learned about it when I logged onto Facebook and saw the Keurig recall thing trending on the right hand side of the page. So I logged onto QVC as I purchased one when it was the TSV and had it sent to a 87 yo man in PA - and could NOT find ANY THING on that page. When I was angry I posted my feelings about having to use Google to learn more information and someone in a not so nice fashion responded to my comment to QVC that it was on the Community Forum! Well, how many pages of the Community Forum and blogs do you read every day? Do you want to have to read EVERY SINGLE PAGE - to learn that some item you might have purchased last year on QVC is being recalled? What else would we accomplish that day - nothing! QVC should have sent anyone who ordered online, and had an email address - they should have sent us an EMAIL ALERT. For those customers who do not have email - they should have CALLED - they easily could have set up an automated caller to ring those phone numbers and have some automated voice tell the customer about the recall. I went to the page where the item is being sold - one would think that even now that they would make a comment such as "This item is NOT part of the recall and were made AFTER July 2014" - so their sales have to be plummeting on them - GOOD - they deserve that! I think they handled the whole thing WRONG! That was 2 days before Christmas, so all other QVC items I had purchased for gifts are going back - I don't have time to follow each and every blog, comment, forum, fashion discussion, kitchen discussion to learn that Rachel Rays' new moppines could be flammable, etc - no way - it's ALL going back if that is how they handle a SERIOUS RECALL like that. 7.2 million and I'm sure QVC sells a SIGNIFICANT portion - when they can tell Keurig what UNIQUE COLORS THEY WANT - you have to realize the sheer volume that QVC sells for them - an ENORMOUS amount. QVC would have ALL of the Serial Numbers from their Shipping Manifest/Purchase Orders - so they KNOW which customers are affected but instead of being pro-active - they felt that sticking a small message on a Forum which less a week later is BURIED under so many other comments I have yet to find their ORIGINAL post - WHO would know if ANY thing you purchase from QVC is recalled? This was a good test to see how they would handle a crisis - and they failed miserably in my opinion. 48 hrs before Christmas, no one is doing their "normal routine" of watching the 6pm news, etc - I didn't read the paper that entire week - I baked, drove to see Christmas Lights, went to the Bellagio to see the Conservatory all decorated, went to see the mega resorts and their incredible decorations, visited friends and handed out gifts, grocery shopped at CRAZY hours to avoid LONG lines - etc- so 2 days before Christmas is NOT like any other day - such as June 1st where people would watch the news, read the newspaper, etc - so how many people still do not know - that might have been in a plane all day traveling when it was announced - as TV and Newspapers do not repeat or follow up on stories - they look for NEW "news" - and move on - so those traveling that day missed it too - QVC SHOULD HAVE NOTIFIED EVERY CUSTOMER WHO BOUGHT ONE!!!
